To pick up your kit on your behalf we need some of your data, and some of it is sensitive, like the photo of your ID. In short: we use it only to pick up and deliver your kit, we never sell it, and the photo of your ID is deleted 7 days after delivery.
Who we are
Pasá la Posta is a race kit pickup and delivery service in the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires. We are responsible for the data you give us. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What data we ask for
- Your contact details: first name, last name, email and phone number.
- Your ID: its type, its number and a photo of the front.
- Your registration: your bib number, if you already have it, and the race confirmation or QR code.
- The delivery: the address and its directions, the hotel or rental, the time window and, if someone else receives it, their name and how they are related to you.
- The payment: the price and the payment method. If you pay online, your card details are handled by Mercado Pago: we never see them.
- Optional: your running team and your Instagram account, if you give them to us.
What we use it for
Only to provide the service:
- picking up your kit at the Expo on your behalf, showing what the race organizers ask for;
- keeping in touch with you by email and WhatsApp, and updating you at every step;
- delivering your kit and charging for the service.
We don’t sell your data or use it to send you advertising.
Who we share it with
- The race organizers: at the Expo we show your ID and your confirmation or QR, because they won’t hand over the kit without them.
- The tools we work with: Google (where we keep bookings and files), Zoho (our email), Cloudflare (where this website is hosted), WhatsApp (to talk to you) and Mercado Pago (if you pay online). Some of them store information on servers outside Argentina.
- An authority, only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- The photo of your ID and of your confirmation or QR: we delete them 7 days after delivering your kit, or after the booking is cancelled. If you sent them by WhatsApp, we delete them from the chat too.
- The rest of the booking (name, contact details, address, price and payment): we keep it as long as we need it to serve you and as the law requires, for example for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time: write to [email protected]. We reply within the deadlines set by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326: 10 calendar days to show you your data and 5 business days to correct or delete it.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as set out in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, handles complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. If the change is important and you have a booking in progress, we let you know.
