These are the rules of the Pasá la Posta service. By booking, you accept them.
What we do
We go to your race Expo, pick up your kit on your behalf and bring it to the address and in the time window you chose, in the City of Buenos Aires or Greater Buenos Aires. If your area isn’t in the calculator, write to us and we’ll put together a special quote.
We don’t organize races or sell registrations. The kit and what it includes (shirt, size, chip, bib) depend on each race’s organizers. We deliver it exactly as they hand it to us.
What we need from you
- That you are registered for the race.
- Whatever the organizers ask for to pick up a kit on someone else’s behalf. It changes from race to race: usually your ID and the registration confirmation or QR, and sometimes an authorization or a medical certificate. Before the Expo we confirm what yours requires.
- Correct details, and someone to receive the kit at the agreed address and time window.
Price and payment
The price depends on the delivery area and you see it in the calculator before booking. Calculating doesn’t commit you to anything: the booking is only made when you fill in the form and confirm.
You can pay by bank transfer when you confirm the booking, or in cash on delivery.
Pickup and delivery
We send you a photo of the kit when we pick it up and let you know when we head out to deliver it. We deliver it the same day we pick it up, in the time window you chose: morning or afternoon/evening.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before we pick up the kit: we refund everything you paid.
- If you cancel after we picked it up: there is no refund, because the service is already under way.
- If we can’t pick up your kit: we refund everything you paid.
To cancel, write to [email protected] with your booking code. Refunds go back through the same payment method you used.
